Life is like riding a horse, a walk, trot, lope to a full gallop - it’s transition, art in motion. I knew I was a cowgirl when at a very early age, I assembled my own horse from a chair in the living room. Two shirt hangers, a belt, and the back of an oversize chair (use your imagination). Can you picture it? The hangers were my stirrups, the belt was the saddle, and the back of the chair was the horse.

Many years later, as a Women of Horse, I have experienced life’s art and understand that it is transition which needs to be embraced and flow like the wind, with wind, in your spirit as you ride through life. My experiences have been profound and have given me the courage to pursue what is important to me, to accept what life has offered, and continue to stay open and experience living.
